Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Rolog mobile application ("App") operated by Misoshido ("we", "our", or "us").
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
User Content
You retain all rights to the content you create within the App (including photos, notes, and records). You are solely responsible for your content and ensuring you have the right to use any photos you upload.
Subscriptions and Payments
Rolog offers optional subscription plans ("Rolog Pro") that provide access to additional features. Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple ID account. You can cancel anytime in your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Misoshido.
Disclaimer and Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
