Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MetaX mobile application ("App") operated by Misoshido ("we", "our", or "us").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

User Content

You retain all rights to the photos you edit within the App. All processing occurs locally on your device. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to modify and save any photos you use with MetaX.

Donations and Tips

MetaX is currently provided for free. We offer optional in-app tipping ("Donations") to support the development of the App.

  • Tips are voluntary and do not unlock any additional features or content.
  • All transactions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
  • Tips are non-refundable. Any refund requests must be directed to Apple Support and are subject to Apple's refund policies.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding your photos), features, and functionality are owned by Misoshido.

Disclaimer and Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or corruption of photos, arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
